HIT (High Intensity IntervalTraining) & Max Interval Training
Reap the reward – This is a real boot camp training session, it consists of short explosive work-out bursts of high intensity activity for short periods of time. The physical demands and recovery response to these sessions can lead to a significant boost in your metabolism.
The bursts can be 30 seconds to 3 minutes (depending on activity) of intense training and then rest. This type of training burns off the carbohydrates stored in your muscles (glycogen), but once this is depleted your body still needs fuel to keep working so it goes to the best available fuel source, FAT!
Max interval training is reverse to HIT, which means you have long bursts of explosive training with short rest periods. This will transform your body quickly with amazing results.
Plyometric training
Plyometric training movements are powerful and high-impact although the impact should be controlled as much as possible plyometric training requires both strength and endurance it adds challenge and intensity into your training, enhances better joint stability, it increases power in lower body, your’ll feel this extra power in everything else you do, burning more calories during your workout and in resting periods.
