New Running Machine and Cross Trainer
The Reebok 9 running machine has built in cushioning so its easy on your joints. I will use the running machine for short intervals of sprint training which is the best way of burning fat, it also has incline which will really put your cardio fitness to the test !
The cross trainer is great for cardio, working both upper and lower body at the same time, I usually use this with low resistance for a warm up and at the end of a session on high resistance for a fat burning blast
The Xstep has been designed so that its easy on your joints, pressing on air doesn't damage your knees, but still gives a total cardio workout. Health and fitness benefits, excellent cardio, fat-burning, lower body and core workout.
