I  have been training for 25 years. At 19 I started teaching aerobics to now being a 5th Dan in Kickboxing, teaching  classes every week.

I have trained in: step aerobics, circuit training, spinning, running & yoga, but nothing has challenged me more than kickboxing, it enhances your fitness, stamina and muscular strength by using a variety of  challenges like, cardio skipping , HIIT (HIGH INTNENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) and stretching to improve flexibility giving you results fast.

In this website I have given you an overview of some of the training equipment I use, everyone will have their preferred training circuits depending on requirements. Having 4 children I need to keep fit and at the age of 45 I’ve never felt fitter....

Fully insured in fitness training, Public liability insurance & Proffessional indemnity insurance.   First aid training in sports injuries.
