£100 - 5 hour (1 hour free)
£200 - 10 hour (2 hour free) plus a jump rope counts number of jumps and calculates calories burned.
Couples (two people)
£35 - per hour
£140 - 5 hour (1 hour free)
£280 - 10 hour (2 hour free) plus two calorie count jump ropes.
First consultation/session FREE
In the first session, I use a body composition monitor which gives you percentage of your: total body fat, visceral fat (internal abdominal fat) muscle, body water, bone mass, BMI and metabolic age. with information on what this all means!
Nutrition: There are lots of misconceptions about eating, sometimes people don't eat enough which can result in increasing body fat, I will give advice on how to achieve a healthy eating lifestyle.
I have my own She-Fit DVDs which I give to my clients to use at home if required
